1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order through the self-service option available on the “My Orders” page.
If the “Cancel” button is visible, the order has not entered the shipping process and can be cancelled immediately for a full refund.

Once the “Cancel” button disappears, the order is already being packed or shipped. At this stage, cancellation is no longer possible, and our Customer Service Team will not be able to stop the shipment.

Please note:
• Cancellation is not guaranteed after payment is completed.
• Please double-check all order details—including shipping address—before completing your purchase.


Shipping Address Change Policy

To ensure fast fulfillment, all Meowgoods orders begin processing within 2–3 business days.

For this reason, shipping addresses cannot be changed once payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their shipping information is accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to delivery failure or additional costs, Meowgoods cannot provide compensation.

If your order has already shipped, you may try contacting the local carrier directly once the package enters the final delivery stage.


2. Shipping Fee Policy

Below is the estimated shipping fee structure (amounts are placeholders and can be adjusted based on your final pricing model):

a. United States

  • Orders under $49: Shipping fee $6.99 – $9.99

  • Orders $49 and above: Free Shipping

b. Europe (major countries)

  • Orders under €59: Shipping fee €7.99 – €12.99

  • Orders €59 and above: Free Shipping

c. Southeast Asia

(Including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc.)

  • Orders under $39: Shipping fee $4.99 – $6.99

  • Orders $39 and above: Free Shipping

Detailed fee tables for each country can be created if needed.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped exclusively from Meowgoods’ China warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Southeast Asia: 3–5 business days

Delivery may take longer if
• the shipping address is in a remote or hard-to-reach area,
• local courier capacity is limited,
• customs inspection occurs,
• or if there are flight delays or other force majeure circumstances.


4. Shipping Carriers

We will automatically select the most suitable logistics provider based on your order and destination.
Possible carriers include:

  • 4PX

  • Yanwen

  • DHL eCommerce

  • Other reliable international shipping partners

(Actual carrier information will appear on the shipping confirmation email.)


5. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, packages may be shipped separately depending on product size, weight, or warehouse handling.
If your order is split, multiple tracking numbers will appear in your “My Orders” page.


6. Tax & Customs Information

  • Customs Duties (Tariff):
    Meowgoods will attempt to minimize customs fees where possible, but all customs policies are determined by the destination country. Any customs charges, if assessed, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sales Tax / VAT:
    If applicable in the destination country, the tax amount will be displayed at checkout and must be confirmed by the customer before payment.
